Accessories – Z Bars
These support rails are designed to sit between the flashing and the roof sheet, to help avoid the flashing leg flapping in the wind, if the leg doesn’t reach the next available profile upstand on the roofing sheet. They should be stitched into the roofing sheet valley (the flat part) and then the flashing leg will stitch into the mini zed.
Available in 3m lengths only and perfectly designed to suit your selected profile (each profile has different profile heights so these support rails can only be used for the 32/1000 box profile and 34/1000 box profile sheeting). The available sizes are 50mm x profile height x 50mm; so for our 32/1000 profile it is 50mm x 32mm x 50mm and for our 34/1000 profile the size is 50mm x 34mm x 50mm.
The rails can come as a solid length or pre-punched for ease of installation on site

- Suitable with our 32/1000 or 34/1000 box profile sheeting;
- 50mm x profile height x 50mm;
- Comes in a 3m (3000mm) length as standard but can produce up to 4m (4000mm) and a 0.7- 3.0mmmm thickness;
- Also available in various other finish types and colours.
