UNFLAM-PANEL A1 pre-coated non-combustible aluminium can be manufactured in a variety of ways including bending, curving, punching, cutting and routing which means that the product can offer itself to a myriad of design requests, coupled with the option of any colour, designers, developers, clients and architects can let their creativity run with this product.
Fitting with the non-combustible fire rated solutions, UNFLAM-PANEL can be fitted to suitable support framework specified to requirement as a flat through fixed option or a secret fix cassette design.
The aluminium substrate comes in 2.0mm and 3.0mm gauges with an abrasive resistant polyurethane coating which is applied in a continuous coil to coil paint line. Such coatings have been developed to protect from UV bleaching and offer longer colour stability. The master coils can be up to 1500mm wide which means that panels can be produced from a maximum sheet of 4200mm long x 1500mm wide. All panels come with a strong protective coating which is removed after installation.
