METRAC 8-3” Roofing sheet is produced utilising 0.7mm steel with options plain pre-galvanised or with coatings over the galvanised of Plastisol Leathergrain, Polyester, Prisma, PVDF or White Lining Enamel for internal application as a walk on liner.
A shallow profile of only 19mm deep this profile is a very robust tried and tested profile which is used in all market sectors globally. It offers a cover width of 606mm and can be produced in Aluminium also.

METRAC R32-1000
METRAC R32-1000 Roofing sheet is produced utilising 0.7mm steel with options plain pre-galvanised or with coatings over the galvanised of Plastisol Leathergrain, Polyester, Prisma, PVDF or White Lining Enamel for internal application as a walk on Liner.
32mm deep and providing a metre cover the sheets are lapped to the sides will capillary groves providing added protection to water ingress. The pitch of the profiles are 200mm and a trough of 128mm with option of swages for extra strength.

Metrac PP32
Metrac PP32 is a trapezoidal profile manufactured from steel or aluminium. This non-fragile, walkable (0.7mm steel) can be used in either a twin-skin or single skin application.
With a standard cover width of 1020mm it not only gives greater coverage than a typical 32/1000 profile but can also be adapted to 1016mm which lends itself perfectly for over-roofing existing asbestos roofs.
Metrac PP32 can also be used as a liner profile. When pan-perforated it delivers unbeatable sound absorption characteristics. We believe this to be the only Class A sound absorbing liner sheet in the UK the market.
Metrac PP32 can also be crimp curved to suit when tight radius roof shapes are required.

Panel length limited by practical handling considerations – typically up to 12m.
Metrac PP32
