METRAC smooth curve roof sheets are produced on the METRAC 14-3" sinusoidal corrugated profile, formed to a continuous curve for applications where a sweeping, uninterrupted roofline is required. The smooth curve makes them the sheet of choice for Dutch barn and Nissen hut applications, as well as any project where a traditional corrugated profile needs to follow a radius. Using state-of-the-art curving machinery and experienced fabricators, METRAC form sheets to the precise radius the project demands.

Curved sheets can be supplied with or without Drip Stop anti-condensation reverse coating, recommended where condensation management is a priority. Pop riveted flashing details are produced to complete a strong, lasting and weathertight envelope. To provide an accurate estimate, METRAC require the radius to be shared at enquiry stage — the team can advise on the radius achievable for a given profile and material.
