METRAC LokFacade has been designed to provide a cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing cladding solution for soffits, fascias, canopies and external walls — without the length restrictions of a typically used brake-pressed plank profile. Available in a fixed width of 300mm, LokFacade panels are offered in two formats: flush or shadowline, which can be interchanged to create a range of design effects. Both are available with or without a micro-ribbed profile finish, which adds visual depth while also helping to prevent deformation inherent in long metal fabrications.

Installation is simple and fast. The first panel is fixed directly to the substrate. Subsequent panels are pushed into place — together with mineral fibre insulation in the void behind the facade if required — and the trailing edge fixed before the next panel is added. The result is a fully secret-fixed solution with no visible screws or fixings once complete. Installation is finished with a flashing that covers fixings at the extremities.

LokFacade is available in pre-painted steel (0.7mm) and aluminium (0.9–1.2mm), and can be produced in corner pieces for a seamless finish at building edges. Panels can be manufactured to order, batched, or supplied as a call-off against a pre-agreed volume.
