METRAC tile effect roof sheets are supplied in 0.5mm PURCoat Graphite — a specially designed, textured Polyurethane coating that delivers strong aesthetic appeal while offering a 10-year coastal material guarantee. The profile is lapped at the edges with a capillary groove to the underlap for added protection against water ingress, making it well suited to exposed locations and coastal applications.

With 1080mm lapped coverage and a 12° minimum pitch, the tile effect sheet is ideal for residential, leisure home and garden pod applications where a premium aesthetic is required alongside reliable weatherproofing. Sheets are manufactured to order and can be supplied in batches or as a call-off against a pre-agreed volume. Matching PURCoat flashings — including barge boards, keystone kits, soffits, fascias, corners, crests, ridges and drips — are produced in-house and supplied up to 4000mm in length with no minimum order quantity.
