METRAC SpeedDeck is the original secret fix standing seam roofing system, and METRAC are the sole manufacturer of SpeedDeck in Europe. The system uses a concealed clip fixing, meaning all brackets and fixings are hidden once the sheets are installed — the result is a clean, uninterrupted roofline with no exposed fasteners. Sheets can be rolled on site to lengths over 50 metres, covering vast spans in a single sheet run for fast, effective installation on large structures.

METRAC SpeedDeck is particularly well suited to overcladding projects — where an existing roof is overlaid with a new weathertight envelope without requiring the building below to be vacated. As well as resolving water ingress, overcladding with SpeedDeck can improve insulation performance and, in many cases, increase the EPC rating of the building. It also provides a more robust platform for SolarPV installation.

Sheets are supplied in a range of materials including Stucco Aluminium, HPS Ultra and Plastisol. 510mm coverage, 1.5° minimum pitch. Sheets can be curved on site where a radius is required.
